अटी तटीची वाटणारी अहमदपूर विधानसभा मतदारसंघाची निवडणूक ही भारतीय जनता पक्षाच्या पदाधिकारी व कार्यकर्ते यांच्या ताकदीमुळे व लाडकी बहीण योजनेमुळे एकतर्फी होऊन महायुतीचे उमेदवार आमदार बाबासाहेब पाटील यांनी बहुमताने विजय मिळवल्यानंतर त्यांच्या निवासस्थानी जाऊन भारतीय जनता पक्षाचे जिल्हा उपाध्यक्ष गोविंद गिरी यांनी सत्कार केला.
यावेळी लक्ष्मीकांत बनसोडे, प्रकाश ससाने,श्रीकांत बनसोडे, यशवंत केंद्रे यांच्या सह अनेकजण यावेळी उपस्थित होते.
