त्या यशवंत विद्यालयात क्रांतीज्योती सावित्रीबाई फुले जयंती उत्सवाच्या निमित्ताने आयोजित सोहळ्यात प्रमुख मार्गदर्शक म्हणून बोलत होत्या. कार्यक्रमाच्याअध्यक्षस्थानी प्राचार्य गजानन शिंदे हे होते.
यावेळी व्यासपीठावर प्रमुख अतिथी म्हणून उप मुख्याध्यापक माधव वाघमारे, पर्यवेक्षक राम तत्तापुरे, शिवाजी सूर्यवंशी, खयूम शेख, वर्षा माळी, यांच्यासह मान्यवरांची उपस्थिती होती.
कार्यक्रमाचा शुभारंभ क्रांतीज्योती सावित्रीबाई फुले यांच्या प्रतिमेच्या पूजन करून करण्यात आला.
जयंतीचे अवचित साधून पुष्पाताई लोहारे यांच्या वतीने शाळेला चार फूट उंचीची समयी भेट देण्यात आली.
सूत्रसंचालन माही कुलकर्णी, समिक्षा मिटकरी, आरपिता केंद्रे यांनी तर आभार वैष्णवी बनसोडे यांनी मांनले.
यावेळी विद्यालयातील चिमुकल्या मुली सावित्रीबाई फुले, राजमाता जिजामाता, सरस्वती माता, दुर्गा माता, अहिल्यामाता, झाशीची राणी, राधामाता,इंदिरा गांधी, लक्ष्मीच्या हुबे हुब रूप साकार करून सर्वांचे लक्ष वेधून घेतले होते.
कार्यक्रम यशस्वी करण्यासाठी कपिल बिराजदार, राजेश कजेवाड, श्रीधर लोहारे, बालाजी सोनटक्के शिक्षक शिक्षकेतर कर्मचाऱ्यांनी विशेष परिश्रम घेतले.
