गरजू रुग्णांच्या आरोग्याची काळजी घेण्यासाठी राज्य सरकार संवेदनशील पावले उचलत आहे. मुंबईतील गरजू रुग्णांना सेवा देण्यासाठी ‘हिंदुहृदयसम्राट बाळासाहेब ठाकरे आपला दवाखाना’ ही योजना राबविण्यात येत आहे. आता या योजनेची व्याप्ती वाढवत ती मुंबई महानगर प्रदेशात (एमएमआर) देखील राबविण्यात येणार आहे. पुढच्या टप्प्यात ही योजना एमएमआरमध्ये राबविणार असल्याची माहिती मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी प्रसिद्धी माध्यमांना दिली. मुंबईत २२७ ठिकाणी आपला दवाखाना सुरू करण्यात येणार असून सामान्यांना मोफत आरोग्य सुविधा उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येत असल्याचे देखील यावेळी मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी सांगितले.
‘मुंबई फर्स्ट’ संस्थेच्या पदाधिकाऱ्यांनी आज मुख्यमंत्र्यांची भेट घेतली. यावेळी मुंबईतील पायाभुत सुविधांबाबत सविस्तर चर्चा करण्यात आली. मुंबईला जागतिक दर्जाचे शहर बनविण्यासाठी शहरातील रस्ते, चौक, फुटपाथ, फ्लायओव्हर्सचे सुभोभिकरण देखील वेगात केले जात आहे. मुंबई स्वच्छ आणि सुंदर करण्यासाठी सरकारने भक्कमपणे पावले उचलली आहेत. तसेच मुंबईत आणि मुंबई महानगर प्रदेशात आरोग्य सुविधा सक्षम करण्यासाठी ‘हिंदुहृदयसम्राट बाळासाहेब ठाकरे आपला दवाखाना’ सुरू केला जाणार असल्याचे मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी सागितले. यावेळी ‘मुंबई फर्स्ट’ संस्थेचे नरींदर नायर, संजय उबाळे, अशांक देसाई, नेवील मेहता, अश्विनी ठाकूर आदी पदाधिकारी उपस्थित होते.
मुख्यमंत्री शिंदे म्हणाले, जगातील सुंदर शहर मुंबई असावे यासाठी आमचे प्रयत्न सुरू आहेत. त्यादृष्टीने आम्ही पावले उचलत असून शहरातील रस्त्यांचे देखील येत्या काळात काँक्रीटीकरण केले जाणार आहे. त्यामुळे खड्डेविरहीत रस्ते उभाऱण्यावर आता आमचा अधिक भर असेल.
तसेच मुंबईतील कोळीवाड्यांचा मुद्दा देखील महत्त्वाचा असून कोळीवाड्यांचे सुशोभिकरण केले जाणार आहे. पर्यटनवाढीसाठी कोळीवांड्यांची संस्कृती, खाद्य संस्कृती जपण्यासाठी देखील प्रयत्न केले जाणार आहेत.
मुंबईत सध्या कोळीवाड्यांचे सुशोभीकरण केले जात असून त्यांच्या स्वच्छतेवर भर दिला जात आहे. पर्यटनाच्यादृष्टीने कोळीवाड्यांचा विकास केला जात असून तेथील खाद्यसंकृतीची ओळख पर्यटकांना होण्यासाठी प्रयत्न केले जात आहेत असे मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी सांगितले.
यावेळी ‘बाळासाहेब ठाकरे आपला दवाखाना’ उपक्रमाचे ‘मुंबई फर्स्ट’ संस्थेच्या पदाधिकाऱ्यांनी कौतुक केले. जागतिक तापमानवाढीच्या दृष्टीने विचारमंथन व्हावे व मुंबईतील बदलत्या तापमानाच्या अनुशंगाने येत्या काळात आंतरराष्ट्रीय परिसंवाद घेण्याबाबत देखील यावेळी मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांच्याशी बैठकीत चर्चा झाली.
