याबाबतचे सविस्तर वृत्त असे की, महात्मा फुले महाविद्यालयाच्या राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना व सांस्कृतिक विभागाच्या वतीने प्राचार्य डॉ. वसंत बिरादार पाटील यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली आयोजित करण्यात आलेल्या भारतरत्न डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर महापरिनिर्वाण दिन व क्रांतिसिंह नाना पाटील स्मृतिदिन कार्यक्रमाच्या अध्यक्षस्थानी उपप्राचार्य डॉ. दुर्गादास चौधरी होते तर सोनखेड येथील लोकमान्य महाविद्यालयातील ग्रंथपाल डॉ. गोविंद घोगरे यांची प्रमुख उपस्थिती होती.यावेळी मान्यवरांच्या हस्ते डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर व क्रांतीसिंह नाना पाटील यांच्या प्रतिमेस पुष्प अर्पण करून अभिवादन करण्यात आले.
या कार्यक्रमाचे प्रास्ताविक राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजनेचे कार्यक्रमाधिकारी डॉ. बब्रुवान मोरे यांनी केले तर आभार सांस्कृतिक विभागप्रमुख डॉ. पांडुरंग चिलगर यांनी मानले. यावेळी प्रो. डॉ. अनिल मुंढे, डॉ. सतीश ससाणे, प्रो. डॉ. नागराज मुळे , डॉ. प्रशांत बिरादार, डॉ. किरण गुट्टे, डॉ. सचिन गर्जे, डॉ. संतोष पाटील, प्रशांत डोंगळीकर, अजय मुरमुरे, चंद्रकांत धुमाळे, शिवाजी चोपडे यांच्यासह महाविद्यालयातील प्राध्यापक, कार्यालयीन कर्मचारी उपस्थित होते
